Neck Work

Replace tuners – stock or upgrade.
Replace (4th thru 12th string) nut of all types – stock or upgrade, such as:
- Bone
- Roller Nut
- Plastic
- Zero Nut
- Graphite
- Clamping Style’s – (Floyd ,Kahler or other)
Replace /Add- string tree with stock, upgrade or roller type.
Replace position markers, fingerboard (dot and block) and edge dots with plastic, brass, Mother of pearl or other.
Level, Crop and Polish / High-polish frets.
Remove fret sprout (sharp fret edges)
Re-Fret ~with (no binding, 1,2,3 or 4 layer).
Repair skunk stripe, Re-dowel bolt-ons 3,4,5 or 6 pattern (for neck attachment).
Spot refinish and touch-ups.
Resurface, Clean and Deep Oil fingerboard (fretted or fretless) – Rosewood, Ebony or Maple, Other.
Adjust truss rod (single / double).
Repair broken headstock, fingerboard split or separations.

Replace most bridge types – stock or upgrade; soft tail or hard tail; Fender or Gibson style / other.
Rout body (front, back) for vibrato vintage, Floyd, Bigsby, Kahler or any other.
Rout body for add-on pickups at the neck, middle, or bridge. (Single or Humbucking -other).
Add transducer, Pieso, Mic, Electromagnetic or other pick-ups for acoustics or electrics.
Move output jack to side of body – (for example: Fender Stratocaster, Gibson SG or ES-335).
Custom pick-guards and control panel cover (front & back) and jack-plates.
Custom wood contours – back, front, sides.
Add locking strap buttons (any brand).
Repair body splitting or delamination.
Spot ding repairs, (clear & some colors).
Re-glue set neck to body.
Repair binding, single layer-2-3-4 layer.
Repair broken control face on body top.
Pull and Replace Bridge and Stop-tail sleeves.
De-burr ~ re-slot current bridge saddle(s).

Pick-up replacement – stock, up-grade, different style and custom.
Pick-up repair – lead wire, coil work, stripped mount thread and other.
Pick-up shielding – copper foil, quality braided shield lead wire (2-3-4~ conductor + ground).
Stock re-wiring configure to Original Manufacturer specifications.
Add ~ tap, in-out phase, series/parallel, kill, tone rotary, push-pull, push-push, etc.
Total control cavity copper foil shielding.
Replace ground run to bridge.
Replace volume, tone, (up-grade ~ 25k –250k –500k -1meg -custom taper/ no load).
Re-wire to American or Japanese blend volume style.
Change tone cap – lighter / darker.
Pre-amp or tone circuit install (9vdc / 18vdc or other).
Shock–blocker.
Add master volume.
Change 3 position to 5 position, super switch added or rotary pick-up selector.
Synthesizer (pick-up installed).
